BRUTALLY HONEST is now on ShockNet Radio!
Brutally Honest is a half-hour commentary show dealing with matters of current
events, news, entertainment, current trends, future trends, past events… and,
yes, sometimes even sports.
Brutally Honest is hosted by David 2, an online commentator who has been
running a weekly column of the same name since 1996. David 2 also provides a
regular weekly segment on ShockNet Radio’s “American Heathen®” program
called “The News Pundit Report with David 2”, and, prior to moving to ShockNet
Radio, was also providing online audio commentary on his website. His previous
online broadcast experience includes “Brutally Honest – LIVE” and “The Liberty
Free-For-All”, both airing on the now-defunct Talk Liberty Network. In addition
to his online column, David is a nationally-published freelance writer and has
written articles in both fiction and non-fiction categories. He is also a former
stage actor, having worked in local theater groups in New Hampshire.
David brings to ShockNet Radio his unique view of the world, both online and
real. Originally a Reagan-era Goldwater conservative, David is an unashamed
libertarian whose appreciation of freedom and of the U.S. Constitution is a
refreshing change from the plethora of liberal, conservative, and neo-
conservative voices that plague talk radio and the cable news channels. Some
of his pet causes include defending online freedoms, pushing for workable and
realistic tax reform, and fighting the scourge of social and religious-based
moralism.
